Scott 46, PF Cert

RARE Reprint Issue stamp, unused, without gum as issued, VERY FRESH color & paper, complete/barely touched design (most 46 stamps, included the high-grade ones have perfs cut into design from at least one side,) PF cert mentioning the clipped perfs, which is typical among stamps from this issue.
Only 480 stamps were sold & a significant lower number still exists.
